1. Return conditions
You can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
Keep the original packaging, unused and undamaged
Comes with all original accessories and instructions
Provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

2. Return process
Please send an email to digitalexport@bendyunclog.com, stating the reason for the return and attaching the order information and product photos;
Customer service will reply within 2 working days and provide the return address and specific instructions;
Please properly pack and send the product back (the shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless it is a product quality issue);
After the product is accepted, we will complete the refund or arrange a replacement within 6 working days.
3. Refund instructions

4. Exchange Service
